Enjoy free shipping within Malaysia if you purchased more than RM200 worth of products. (Not applicable to international shipments)

A flat shipping rate of RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia, and a rate of RM15 for Sabah & Sarawak will be imposed if you did not fulfill the requirements to enjoy free shipping with us.

All products purchased from us will be delivered right to your doorstep within 3-5 working days (Malaysia) and 1-3 weeks (International) from the date of payment verified and not the date of you placing your order.

Please note that these delivery times are mere prediction and is not definite in its ordinary manner. In the event of a late delivery, any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from this particular issue shall not be held liable on us.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email together with the courier service we used to ship to your doorstep. A link to track from the courier service company itself will be attached along.

Return

We do provide a free 1-time size exchange of our products upon successful proof of payment and we have the right to accept or reject the said exchange which is also subjected to prior changes without any notice. Returns are only acceptable if goods are found to be defect and not self-inflicted or accidentally damaged. Goods sold are strictly non-refundable. Do note that this exchange service is only applicable to purchases made online through our social media channels and our official website only.
